It was a videoconference with the business heads for refrigerator business. The interviewers were clear in their thought process, and asked clear questions, judging on basis of clarity of answers, and ability to justify from previous experiences. Their feedback was clear and incisiev, and they told me so, where ever they felt my answers were not cleear, or need more justification. The selection process was short, and a got a call within a few hours from the recruiter that I has been selected, thus showing the empowerment and clarity of thinking.
