El proceso es muy eficiente y basado en procesos de clase mundial, su evaluación esta basada en criterios muy bien definidos y claros.
Para mejorar, les sugeriría tener gente con conocimiento especializado en el area a contratar para asi hacer buen filtro al inicio.

First round with HR. Pretty formal. Around role and salary expectations. Next round with CIO/Management .. questions on role and detailed expectations. Final with CFO ..just a formality. Got an offer and accepted.
