Met with Department Manager. Hired in as contract employee. Loads of paperwork to sign, including right to go to arbitration. Took definitely over 30 days to be processed. Had to know someone to get in.

Slow communication after pleasant first round phone screen. Lack of communication surrounding role and had to press daily for updates, if any. Interviewers seemed disorganized and were unable to address specific questions about products or structure. It felt like I was doing all the work, because I really wanted the position, but they did not seem like they even knew what they were interviewing for.
