I had to take a behavioral assessment, then I went through a Phone Screening from one of the recruiters, then I moved on to the first round interview where I interviewed with 2 different people and had to answer technical questions, then finally made it to the 2nd round interviews with 3 different people and more technical questions. It's a long process, but I felt like I truly earned the job!
