The interview process to get hired on through the temp agency was not entirely difficult. They ask standard interview questions and understand nervousness. The process has changed somewhat over the last few months. Before, the only person present in the interview was the temp agency on-site liaison. Now they have that person, plus some of the Whirlpool supervisors.
