I had a phone interview was set up through the cooperative education program at my university. A few emails were exchanged and a phone interview was scheduled. I spoke to the person who would be my supervisor if the position was offered. A few days later, I was offered the position and was told to get an urinanalysis and a background check.

Muitas pessoas envolvidas. Haviam mais de 10 pessoas na sala e muitas perguntas sobre a vida pessoal. Entendo que ter uma noção geral da vida do futuro funcionário é importante, mas na ocasião eu achei exageradamente invasivo. Pouco foi falado sobre meu trabalho ou sobre a equipe, pois pareciam desinteressados, como se já houvessem escolhido uma pessoa para vaga e tivessem ali só pra cumprir protocolo. Foi bem estranho.
