The process is very automated and system-heavy. Once you apply if you get through the system you are asked to take a personality test. If you get through the personality test then a one-way interview is requested where you record your answers to prompts. If you get through that you are scheduled for a virtual meeting through a coordinator. They do not allow you to connect with the hiring manager, as I asked for her information to send a follow-up thank you email. After the interview, I received an email from their system to let me know that I was not moving forward. I appreciate that there was any communication as many ghost you after interviews. I requested feedback and realized it may not have been a real person so I tried to reach out to the coordinator for feedback and never received a reply. The process is very impersonal. I know it would be a great place to work but the initial interactions are very cold.
