Interview

Round 1- On Campus and usually interview 8-10 candidates. It seems that 2-6 are invited for Round 2. Round 1 is very much a conversation and looking to explore your background, past leadership, and ability to work in a team. Round 2- This round takes place at the Whirlpool HQ over two days. It is very fun but a bit exhausting. Make sure you save your energy for the actual people who are interviewing you or else you might be worn out!
