One phone interview, then invited for on site interviews. On site interviews consisted of 4 different interviews all on behavioral and case interview. The questions were very repetitive and I came out learning nothing from that interview. I wouldn't recommend the position to CS majors or those looking for a technical position. It is more for business majors, even MIS majors may get bored if given that job. Location is decent and their are nice beaches around there. Interviewers seemed nice. I'm very disappointed in the reimbursement process. It has taken over 2 months and I still haven't heard anything. You can just promise someone they will get reimbursed, if they do something, then later fail to reimburse the person. The is a terrible experience on my part, and doesn't show Whirlpool in a good light.
