I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Whirlpool Corporation (Saint Joseph, MI) in Jan 2015

Interview

Started with an phone interview which was the basic behavior background scan and asked about my studies at my school. Then they flew me in with a few other students and interviewed us all. Many of the questions were related to the STAR (Situation, task, action and result). The next day, I was offered a full time position.
