I applied and first did a phone interview followed up by an in person interview. Then two other interviews that day. ( First was with HR, second was with unit manager, third was with the team). They told me salary, benefits, tentative start date, and didn't get hired.

You begin with an invitation to a virtual interview and have to record yourself answering the question being asked. You aren't interviewing with a live person and you will have time to record yourself answering each question and are allowed three attempts per question.
It went well but it is 3 step interview process. First it is a virtual interview where their system asks you some questions. Next is the interview with your hiring manager. After it is a peer interview
