Straight forward. The environment is very nice, they really make it feel like you are at home. They asked why I wanted to become a PCA and if I had any goals to progress my career. They asked me why they should pick me other than other people. They asked about my personal strengths and weakness, a story where my emotional intelligence was used and what would I do if a patient becomes agressive.
