I received an interview after meeting the recruiter at career fair. The interview was informative and more of a conversation. It was a very informal process, and easy interview for someone who prepares adequately.
It was pretty simple, all they were asking was about previous experience questions and asking why interested in the company and industry, definitely judge you on your personality and public speaking.
