Interview
Interviewed on campus a week later after talking to them at my school career fair. The questions are behavioral questions to get an insight on personality and your fit in the construction industry. Overall, the interview was relaxed and came from a list of standard questions. My overall interview experience was decent.
There was a zoom interview in which the interviewer asked about my experience and what I was looking for. There was no additional interview after the initial one. The process was very easy and not stressful.
Pretty relaxed phone call with friendly interviewer. The interview was set up through a college carrier fair for that same week. The call lasted maybe 20 minutes and they were very flexile with scheduling times

Easy, I got an email about a call, then two rounds of interviews. I got an offer on the third round of interviewing. Was very chill and laid back. Good luck everyone.
