It first started with a phone interview, then it followed with an in-person interview with my "supervisor" Lastly, I was invited in for a final round with C-level executives. After that i got GHOSTED.. never heard back even though I invested my time and even went back in and gave them a thank you note. Vey very unprofessional, the interviewee deserves more than that especially after putting all that time in.
Interview was organized and fairly challenging, it was thorough on both sides. The entire process was 3 parts, once over the phone, in person, and virtual group call. Interviewers were transparent with the role, responsibilities, and expectations. The overall vibe was relaxed and friendly.
