Interview
I spoke directly with the divisional VP whose group I am in. We spent the morning together and I also sat with a project manager (who I was going to work under if hired) and an assistant project manager and was able to ask them questions about the job. We also visited a job site and spoke with some of the people there as well. I was taken to lunch and handed an offer.

Interview
Was contacted 2 years after applying. It was a 4 hours interview process. Firstly, the VP gave us a presentation on the company's history, their service, and portfolio of their work. Then they conducted 1:1 interview with 3 employees at various levels. The interviews were very casual and aimed at a conversations type of interview. Alot of behavioral types of questions involving your experience. Some of the question they asked were repeats of the other interviewers, which made the later interviews stale and repetitive. Alot of young workers, which made it easier to connect with. Then they offered lunch at the break room, where you talk with other candidates and employees. Lastly, the VP gave the last presentation on benefits.

Tell of a time where you were in a collaboration with a team and what was your role in that collaboration.

Interview
Smooth overall. Group interview with a PE and two PM's. Asked a little bit about my experience. Mostly explained what they did as a company. Everyone was very relaxed and it was an upbeat environment.

If I was heavily invested in the construction management side.
Screening interview followed by a phone interview then they paid for me to travel out to the office and complete several interviews from team members and the VP. They paid for a hotel, dinner, and team lunch.
