Interview
The interview was a long process. Whiting Turner came to an on campus career fair at my college and interviewed me there and also two times at the headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland.
Interview was conversational and low-pressure. They care more about your attitude and willingness to learn than technical knowledge. Came in, met the team, got an offer fairly quickly. Solid experience overall
