I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner in Oct 2024
Interview
Made the most of it, but my interviewer was pretty egotistical. He talked about himself the whole time, and the other interviewer kept quiet for most of it which just enabled him to speak more on himself. I literally had to spend more time thinking of ways to switch the conversation to me than answering questions which was such a turnoff from the company for me. I think it actually impressed him. Also, apparently this guy is just a misogynists, so maybe he cannot speak for the entire company. That being said, all the representatives they had come out to speak to our school fell pretty flat for my typical impressions of recruiters. They were more interested in bragging about how they're the best than being informative and teaching us (college students).
It was pretty simple, all they were asking was about previous experience questions and asking why interested in the company and industry, definitely judge you on your personality and public speaking.
Pretty straightforward. They mostly ask personal questions rather than behavioral. Make sure you know why you want work there and have a solid answer to “tell me a bit about yourself “
Panel of different interviews with different project managers or vp's. They then ask what you're looking for out of the internship, your experience, and basically make sure you are a good candidate.
