They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.

Sat down in their office in front of a panel of 4 employees. Got asked a series of personality questions and how I would handle certain situations if they arose.
