Interview
Low pressure for the most part - mainly just asked about your past experiences and your interest in the Whitney. They only interview a few candidates I believe (once they initially go through submitted applications) and they offer you the option to interview via call or in-person.
There were two rounds, a behavorial call and and two technical assessments that I had to turn in by a certain due date. Employer was friendly throughout and maintained clear communication/expectations.
There was one interview before receiving the offer letter. It was around thirty minutes and contained a more detailed explanation of the intern's role. The interviewer then asked about my experiences.

Interview process casual but straightforward. The interview was 30 minutes, and was conducted over Zoom with the person who became my supervisor. Didn't hear back for over a month, though, which was slightly annoying.
