Interview
There was no interview process. Sage asked me to submit a resume and put my desired schedule and the amount of hours I can work a day/week. It was very low stress.
Quick and simple questions about customer service and experience. Casual, conversational setting and mostly chatting with me and getting to know about me. I was interviewed by one team leader and not a panel of managers.
They took a month to call me for an interview but if they do you are most likely hired. Remember to be on time, and although there is no dress code, wear appropriate clothes
