I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Santa Fe, NM) in Jul 2011
Interview
I applied online and was called about a week later with a followup question about my cash handling experience and to schedule an interview. The interview was in three stages, starting with the least influential and going up to the most, sequentially. The questions were easy to answer, mostly concerning my work ethic and experience. All three were very friendly, and the first two seemed more to get a sense of my personality before passing me on to the next stage. The first two took about five minutes each, the last about ten.
