I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2015
Interview
I loved how laid back and casual the process was. I first got a phone call of them letting me know that they scheduled me for an interview and to call them back if I can't make it. Well I called them back to let them know I will be there. I walked in to customer service and told them I have an I interview with so and so and They told me to wait at the cafe tables. They interviewed me sitting at their cafe tables. Nothing intimidating about as long as you actually know about the products and lifestyle that wholefoods is about.
Talking about your past experiences, and answering some situational questions related to the job. How you dealt with conflicts with coworkers and with customers, and how you resolved it. Pretty short and easy questions.
I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Berkeley, CA)
Interview
Relaxed interview process, hanged out in front of the store and answered questions. Offered a position on the spot and discussed benefits and next steps. Must be willing to work at least one weekend day a week.
The interview last about 30 minutes and I met with 3 people. They asked about my personal life, professional experiences, and talked a lot about the atmosphere of the store.
