I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Cranston, RI) in Sep 2012
Interview
I had filled out an online application and received an email about a week later inviting me to a job fair open only to those who had previously applied online. I was interviewed by 3 different people - a team member from a department other than the one I was applying for, a person from customer service, and then finally, the head of the store. Each interview lasted about 10 minutes. Questions were straight-forward - Why do you want to work here? What is your greatest strength? Questions were very customer-service oriented. I was offered the job on the spot, subject to background and reference checks. The process was well-organized and took about 90 minutes from start to finish.
