Applied online. Got a call a week later and it was just a pre screen phone interview. Got scheduled for an interview the next day. Lots of questions. Basically trying to figure out who I was and how I handle certain situations. Definately do your research on the company and be ready to give examples to situations.Said I would know if I got the job in a few days. When I got home from the interview I got a call and they said they would like to offer me the position.

Tell me a time when you were stressed at work and how did you handle it.
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.
