Interview
I interviewed back in January 2014, started off with a phone screening and was called in for an in person interview a few days later. Met with the ATL of the customer service team and it was pretty straight forward. She had my resume in hand and we went over past employment and education. That same day I met with the Store Team Leader and she asked me general questions about why I wanted to work at Whole Foods and how I feel about working in a team, the core values etc... I was told that I would hear back within the week if I got the job or not, and a couple days later I received an e-mail that I got the job as long as I passed a background check.

Interview
Very easy process. One of the better experiences I’ve had. A few standard interview questions were ask, but the rest was conversational for most part. Wasn’t stressful or anything like that.
