I came in through a recruiting company so did their interview process first. Then a panel interview with 5 of the leadership team. Following that I had one additional interview with the current EA and regional president. He was concerned because I had come to the original interview dressed nicely and used formal wording when talking and he wanted to make sure I understood the WFM culture as being very informal and a jeans and tshirt kind of place.
