I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Saint Paul, MN) in Sep 2015
Interview
Fairly easy and they were nice but the way we sat was a bit intimidating. It was like a triangle facing me and I just felt really on the spot compared to other interviews I've done. The questions were typical standard interview questions which I'd normally be confident in but I felt like even though they were really nice people, they didn't really crack much smiles. Maybe they weren't comfortable interviewing.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Lake Grove, NY) in Jun 2012
Interview
It was a simple sit down interview, and I started working there not too long after. The problem is, that they present the company culture to be very inclusive, and employee oriented, and not long after you'll find out it is emotionally manipulative and customer is always right attitude, which leads to a downturn in employee morale.
