I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Fairview, TX) in Apr 2014
Interview
Whole Foods does a panel interview for everything. It comes across as somewhat intimidating, especially for such a small role in the company. Some of the Leadership in the interview really seemed to try to be intimidating. It makes you feel like you're going into the interview with them not wanting you to succeed. It's just a grocery store, so it seemed like a waste of money to do it this way considering they host a lot of interviews.
