I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market
Interview
Very unprofessional. The team leader who was conducting the interview, told me to wait in the café for her and she never showed up. She told me she had "forgotten". So, we set up another day and time. I showed up and kid you not, the same thing happened again! Talk about red flags, I should've never even bothered. It's coming on 2 years working for this team leader & it has been nothing but a huge headache. Well, except for those several months she was out due to "health issues". Everyone was actually really happy then.

Interview
Interview was easy. Just behavioral questions. I did not have much experience... just babysitting experience. At the end, I got 1 scenario question, but was able to wing it. It was if the phone was ringing and there was a guest waiting in the front, what would I do first.
