It was really easy and a smooth process. I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. The training and everything that followed was swift as well. I just want to fill the minimum word count this is so silly and annoying.
Quick and simple questions about customer service and experience. Casual, conversational setting and mostly chatting with me and getting to know about me. I was interviewed by one team leader and not a panel of managers.
They took a month to call me for an interview but if they do you are most likely hired. Remember to be on time, and although there is no dress code, wear appropriate clothes
