Interview
You and other newly hired employees are gathered together to meet each other, then meet the rest of the team and complete online training. After your online training you can get started fulfilling orders.
Quick and simple questions about customer service and experience. Casual, conversational setting and mostly chatting with me and getting to know about me. I was interviewed by one team leader and not a panel of managers.
They took a month to call me for an interview but if they do you are most likely hired. Remember to be on time, and although there is no dress code, wear appropriate clothes
