Hello, i dont know the reason why they check criminal records twice but i got an email after 4 week of my interview, just wait a little more until they contact you and they will send you an email that you may need to fill ( they arw job forms , w4, medical forms) you must print out and scan and send them back. After you get you form you are basicly hired.

If u applied for another job for usps, u will receive multiple emails for background checks.
