I had 3 phone interviews, then went in for a meeting with the General Manager Jay. I took a Predictive Indicator test and because "I think outside of the box and had a strong will." He made it said it like I couldn't follow the rules because I'm out of the box and would do my own thing. They are looking for Order takers, not people that are hunters and will go the extra mile. If you have a strong will, it is to succeed and if you think outside of the box, you know how to close. Very weird interview. I think that is why other storage facilities are moving them out. No real sales people and they are intimidated by them.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at WillScot (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Everyone at Willscot was so friendly and understanding. I really enjoyed the communication and process I went through to get a position. I would have absolutely accepted the offer if there was an opening closer to my family.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at WillScot (Washington, DC) in Dec 2020
Interview
Interview process was too long and drawn out a $17/hr position. Multiple index testing then weeks between then weeks till a scheduled interview. Several variations of the compensation package from the recruiter to the hiring manager- so ask a lot of questions.
They want you to come into the office to work but only want to interview through zoom. Communication was poor throughout lots of red flags, thankfully I was offered another job with another company for double the pay.

Interview
It was a cookie cutter sales interview, with predictable questions such as, "Describe a situation where you had to meet a deadline." Basically, you can google "sales interview" questions and you will get the interview I had. The hiring process was quick, which I appreciated.
