Interview
Very simple, got a call, came in the next morning, they only asked me a few questions maybe because I have a good resume already. They mostly wanted to know if I was okay with the hourly pay and explain their benefits and the job role. More so things you would discuss with a candidate you were already ready to hire.
Easy interview process but received no follow up after phone screen and long questionnaire about work style. I was talked to about three different positions I would be eligible for. I have experienced this on two occasions I have applied for the company.

The interview was one of the best experiences ive ever had. I was asked ..."what do you see yourself doing in the future..." and I answered " I am looking forward to becoming Mananger one day" As the interview was coming to an end I was more than ready to start my Employment with Lincoln. It was just such positive vibes.
