The interview process was very traditional. Started with a ~30 minute phone conversation. I was invited to the firm for an in-person interview which lasted about an hour. I personally thought the interview went well, and I was anxious to hear back. I was told to expect an answer in a couple of weeks. After a little over two weeks, I reached out to reaffirm my interest and ask if any decisions have been made. I was given a hundred and one excuses, but was promised an answer within a week. After another two or so weeks, I reached out once more. I never received a response, no generic 'thanks but no thanks' email, no phone call, no letter in the mail... nothing. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism in that aspect. Especially after I traveled 6 hours one way for the interview.
