Was scouted by an aggressive recruiter and had two interviews - one remote, one in-person. First interview was pleasant, congenial, and honest. Second interview was less than a week later and barely involved any questions at all, merely a discussion of benefits and an introduction to other members of staff. After that, was told that a decision would be made and communicated within a week. There was then complete radio silence afterward that has continued indefinitely - even after a follow-up with both the recruiter and the interviewer after that week had passed. Disrespectful waste of candidates' time, especially after spending a great deal of time asking whether they would guarantee that they'd take a position if offered. Incredibly unprofessional.
