I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WinCo Foods
Interview
Came in for my interview, they had me fill out a basic questions sheet, that asked for availability, and if you except X wage, as well as other basic questions like you see someone you know stealing, what do you do? And things like that. Then the manager looked it over and asked a few more very basic questions (a time you assisted an upset customer; when was a time you were in a stressful situation and what did you do). He let me know at the end of the interview that they were interested in hiring me contingent on my background check and drug test.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WinCo Foods in Dec 2024
Interview
I loved Jamie she was incredible, she wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and understood everything, she was there when I needed things after I started, I can say that out of all the people I interacted with for my daily tasks she was the nicest and most understanding.
Was initially interviewed, told I would receive a follow up. I returned the call when I initially missed the call, and the recruiting manager told me I would have to respond by end of day which I did. Heard nothing after that.

What would you do if a trained cashier was not available and you needed assistance with a customer, and the closest available person was not a manager.

Interview
This interview process was pretty basic and easy. I declined because I felt as if the pay was not the best. I was able to get a better paying job else where but this would be a good job if you are looking to pick up a second one.
