Windy City Call Center Virtual Call Center Representative interview questions

Both phone interviews were pointless. The are less than general if that is possible. I had a more difficult interview working for Petco and I did not even interview. They just go over your resume, ask about your computer, and office space. The phone interviews barely lasted 15 minutes if that long. I am glad they didn't force me to drive to Arlington Heights, IL where headquarters is to interview. That would have been a waster of time and gas.
