Wing (CA) Engineer interview questions

Super hard to even get past the HR interview. I’ve applied 3 times over the last few years. Each time, the recruiter asked to reschedule our interview right before it happened. Not joking… First time was 4 minutes before the meeting. Second time was 1 hour. Third time was 7 minutes. Never heard back about rescheduling even after following up. It’s a mess. Not sure how people actually get hired here. It’s a shame since the company does cool work and the team seems great.
