I met with the ADON, spoke for about 20 minutes, very laid back and knowledgeable. Described where he had worked previously and his experiences that related to my questions. Guaranteed a shift change as soon as it was available. Set up the orientation process with in a week of my meeting him. Met the DON in passing and had a follow up phone interview.
