I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at WinnCompanies (Princess Anne, MD) in Nov 2020
Interview
My initial communication was an interview with Quan Spangler, from the acquisitions department. From my very first conversation with Quan, I was sold on the Winn Company. Quan was very professional he knew the ins and its outs of the company, he represented the company very well. From the conversation I had with Quan I knew right away I wanted to be apart of Winn. I hope to one day have that kind of experience to share with an interesting client.
