Nowadays They do their hiring process mostly through some Consultancy Firms. No charges are taken from the applicant. These interviews are primarily walk-in interviews. The interview comprises of mainly four rounds:-
In the first round, the ask for your introduction and then gives you a topic to speak for 1 minute (Providing 1 min. to think).
While you are speaking, they can ask you any questions or give you some other topic to talk. The selected candidates are sent to the next round.
2. Next round is SVAR. Which is a software check & assessment of your voice. It is done via Telephone and is recorded. Then the selected candidates are sent to the next round.
3. PI round, which has a set of 18-20 questions predefined, which can be face-to-face. The selected candidates are sent to next round.
4. Ops round: In this, you have to talk to a Wipro Employee via Phone. He/She may ask you several questions.
If you pass all these round, your selection is Confirmed.
