I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wipro in Dec 2018
Interview
After getting through online test-Elite National Talent Test which consists of aptitude, logical, coding and writing tests, it was bad experience during the interview process. I interviewed at wipro campus. In the mail its specified to be there at 8.15 AM. But the process started at 10.30AM. Every process was slow and I was interviewed for technical was at 4PM.
Interview was simple, mainly from resume, projects done and subjects like Computer Networks, OS and Cloud computing.
But after technical most of the students cleared and only one HR for all of them.
So they arranged telephone interview for HR. That too was not efficient. Even the phone used was of students and I done my HR interview at 9PM. It was short and basic questions. Like soft skills, strength and weakness. But not satisfied as it was at that hour and there were many students waiting , can't have a structured interview.Lots of students and only two interviewers. Disorganized.
But haven't even received any info email from them regarding interview after such a hectic interview process.
Interview went smooth and asked some question and asked to write any program, further asked to explain what I wrote. They ready my resume and asked questions out of it. Asked some personal questions about my father job etc. On-Campus Interview.
the interview had 3 rounds
1st round had 2 coding problems and second had a complex coding problem and the technical discussion had lots of question with java . the final round was hr round
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
