I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wipro (Bengaluru) in Nov 2018
Interview
Had taken online on Nov 10 2018, got the mail that you have cleared the online test on 12 Dec 2018, attended interview on 17 December. Interview process was smooth for the technical interview resume specific questions were asked and project related and hr got over at around 7.30pm and instantly he told me I'm selected and got the offer letter in the next 10 minutes.
Well I'm a 2018 passed out student who was rejected by 30+ companies, initially couldn't clear aptitude round and then tech and hr... So the mantra is take your failures as positive experiences and remember you should not be a burden to them, you should prove that I'm the person who can take the work from their shoulders. If you perform tech well, hr is just going to check communications unless you have bad day.
When the interviewer askes any questions - Don't mess up the things by asking stupid questions or which is against them, once I had asked what is the best thing you like about your company and I did not get the exact answer and I was rejected they will definitely observe your eye moments/facial expressions, for your toung slip etc... Lol yeah everything matters.
If you are seeking for a job just remember "The day you make zero mistakes you will get a job" but it does not matter if you have luck...
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
String reversal, structure and union program, was asked to write project related codes (does he know your project codes? No then write something to impress him), java, sql related questions..
Interview went smooth and asked some question and asked to write any program, further asked to explain what I wrote. They ready my resume and asked questions out of it. Asked some personal questions about my father job etc. On-Campus Interview.
the interview had 3 rounds
1st round had 2 coding problems and second had a complex coding problem and the technical discussion had lots of question with java . the final round was hr round
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
