I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wipro (Morādābād) in Jan 2019
Interview
Firstly Wipro has organized a test aks Wipro Elite National Talent Hunt. I qualified the test so shortlisted by Wipro for technical and hr rounds.
Technical:
In this round, I was asked questions based on topics highlighted on my resume. Some questions were based on Java, projects and also about recent industrial training.
HR:
1.Must prepare well for your introduction because the first impression is the last impression.
2.Must know about your profile, about the company(basically CEO, history etc)
3. Why should I hire you?
4.Your job role in your project.
Interview went smooth and asked some question and asked to write any program, further asked to explain what I wrote. They ready my resume and asked questions out of it. Asked some personal questions about my father job etc. On-Campus Interview.
the interview had 3 rounds
1st round had 2 coding problems and second had a complex coding problem and the technical discussion had lots of question with java . the final round was hr round
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
