The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wipro in Feb 2022
Interview
One of the third party recruiter reached out via call for Solution Architect position. I said yes, it is relevant.
He setup a meeting with the panel from wipro after 2 days. It was a typical indian service company interview process. The role came out to be of a ui developer. The panel did not share his camera. On being asked how much experience he has, he became uncomfortable. Basically, all this shows that the indian IT service companies run with the ideology of ' the candidate needs the job(and we do not need candidate, there are thousands waiting for job in the queue) and candidate needs to do everything as per we say'. When the panel says they are from the leadership team, they should start to also consider things like empathy, integrity, fairness etc.
