Interview
You are presented a false narrative and salary to induce you to join. Once you do you immediately find out you’ve been lied to and the nightmare begins.
Wipro uses independent India based recruiters who collect CV’s asking basic questions. They lie about the position then they submit your CV and then a very junior India based HR person schedules you interview (one and possibly two) then submits an offer. There is no standard US onboarding or training. It’s the craziest organization I’ve ever seen. If you can fog a mirror you are in. Top performers are definitely not welcomed there.

Interviews organised well. Selected, offered goodies taken photo with directors while given goodies but no offer. Followed up with interviewer but no updates yet. I have not used those goodies looking to return them. Otherwise in presentation it sounded like a good employer. This is a true review based on my experience, don’t judge. I have strong regards to wipro. It could be one off issue.
