Interview
The first round was a phone screening with the HR representative. The interviewer was friendly and started by explaining the interview process. She asked me about my background, education, and work experience. We discussed my resume, focusing on my technical skills and projects. She also asked why I was interested in working at Tech Innovators and my understanding of the company’s mission and values. The call ended with her giving me an overview of the next steps in the interview process.
Round 2: Technical Interview

Interviewer: Senior Software Developer
The second round was a technical interview conducted via video call. The interviewer began with a brief introduction and then moved on to technical questions. Here are some of the key topics we covered:
• Data Structures and Algorithms: I was asked to solve a couple of coding problems related to arrays and linked lists using a shared online editor. The problems tested my problem-solving skills and knowledge of algorithms.
• Programming Languages: Questions focused on my proficiency in Java and Python. I had to explain some concepts like object-oriented programming, exception handling, and memory management.
• Previous Projects: We discussed my past projects

And they were asked domain specific
Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.
