Interview
Interview took overall a month to complete the process. First interview was virtual genAI bot interview and second interview was face to face round.
They were searching for the candidate who have knowledge on all the architectures like spring boot, microservices, Rest to know internally. Even though its not required in most of the projects. Also the interviewer was quite rude when it comes to asking the questions and the behavior. Overall pathetic experience.

It's very very slow interview process...first round is AI virtual interview that needs to be taken in office only ...where only limited systems available to attend..it went whole long day ..still round 1 only completed for candidates..

Interview process is slow . Panel don't know basic things.Hr asked for the interview and scheduled the interview. Basic java question and spring boot question. After client round nobody get back. Very poor process
